Affiliate Disclosure

Validated Strategies earns commissions from some of the brokers and platforms we link to.When you open or fund an account through one of those links, we may be paid a referral fee at no additional cost to you. This page explains exactly where that happens and what it does — and does not — influence.

The disclosure, in plain language

This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission'sGuides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and open, fund or subscribe to an account, WadPop Inc. may receive a commission. You pay nothing extra; the commission is paid by the broker or vendor out of their own revenue.

Where affiliate links appear

• On our brokers page, which lists the platforms our setup guides target. Each relationship is identified in context; some outbound links are ordinary, unpaid links.
• Inside setup guides, where we name a specific broker required to execute a strategy as tested.
• Occasionally within strategy reports and research posts, where a broker or data vendor is named as part of the execution assumptions.

Eligible affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" and may route through a tracked redirect so we can measure clicks. Links that are not affiliate links — citations, source papers, vendor documentation, competitor references — carry no commission and are never placed for payment.

What this does not affect

No broker can buy a verdict. Validation outcomes are produced by a deterministic backtest engine running pre-registered gates against historical market data. The engine has no knowledge of which venues pay us. A commercial relationship with a broker does not, and cannot:

• change whether a strategy passes or fails a gate;
• change a published Sharpe, Sortino, CAGR or max-drawdown figure;
• cause a failing strategy to be withheld from the graveyard;
• buy placement, ranking or coverage on the board.

We publish failures at least as readily as successes, including for platforms that pay us. If that ever stops being true, this page is the first thing that should be held against us.

Why we disclose this way

A site that publishes verdicts on other people's money has one asset: whether you believe the verdict. Burying the commercial relationship in a footer would trade that asset for a referral fee. So the disclosure sits on its own page, is linked from the site footer on every page, and is repeated inline on any page that carries affiliate links.
