Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Validated Strategies collects and how we use it. The data controller isWadPop Inc., dba Validated.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join a waitlist or newsletter, submit a validation spec, or contact us.
• Validation intake — the strategy name, rules, instruments, timeframe, and status history you submit for review.
• Optional payment records — if a paid product is offered, Stripe processes card data. We do not receive full card numbers, but may retain purchase and delivery identifiers.
• Basic usage data — standard hosting and security logs, such as request time, page, device or browser information, IP address, and approximate region. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

• to review validation submissions and report their status;
• to send requested newsletter, waitlist, status, or service emails (you can unsubscribe from marketing messages anytime);
• to deliver and support a paid product if one is offered;
• to operate, secure and improve the Service;
• to comply with legal and tax obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the Service, including Supabase for intake and subscriber storage, Resend for requested email delivery,Vercel for hosting and delivery, and Stripe if payments are offered. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies

We use browser local storage for essential preferences such as appearance. Our infrastructure may use cookies or similar storage for security and service delivery. You can block storage in your browser, but some preferences or features may not work.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). To exercise these rights, contact us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Data retention & security

We retain submissions, subscriber records, and any purchase records only as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain the research record, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them where appropriate. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
