This policy explains what Validated Strategies collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter, create an account, or purchase.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers. We retain the purchase record, license key and Stripe customer/session identifiers needed to deliver and support your purchase.
• Basic usage data — standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, approximate region). We do not sell this.

How we use it

• to deliver products, license keys and the research library;
• to send the newsletter and service emails (you can unsubscribe anytime);
• to operate, secure and improve the Service;
• to comply with legal and tax obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the Service — notably Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting/CDN (Vercel). We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies/local storage for essential functionality (e.g., remembering that you accepted the risk disclosure) and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it). To exercise these rights, contact us and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Data retention & security

We retain purchase and account records as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
